Kathy is fantastic. She takes the time to listen to your issues or problems and discusses the best course of treatment. She sees you as a person -- not just a patient or a number. I wish all doctors, physician assistants & nurse practioners were this caring.

When the call first started, all was good, then suddenly the doctor couldn't hear me or see me. I could see and hear her. She had to ask the receptionist to call me and log off and then log back on. After some effort, we got connected again.
