The doctors, PAs, nurses and all staff treat you like a person and not as a number. They care and it shows. Just hope Florida Blue realizes Baptist is an asset to their company.

I feel like Katie and Dr Kibler do a great job and are very thorough in understanding my concerns and helping me to seek a remedy. They are very kind and empathetic. The front office staff is always kind and professional. The new building is beautiful and was well worth the wait. I love the ability to have my blood work completed in the office making very convenient.

Friendliness of all the staff from the time you enter until you leave. There isn't enough kindness in the world and this is so important to exhibit to patients. They all care about you and are ready to listen and help make you well. I highly recommend this office to all my friends.

Everything except the wall colors. Too much near white, with little contrast for visual reference. Pictures or posters would help immensely.
