The appointment fit my schedule! I arrived early and was seen promptly. It was after lunch, I was able to use the restroom and brush my teeth! The nurse was kind and friendly. She even checked on getting flu and Covid vaccines for me, they weren’t available (maybe just the Covid wasn’t) Katherine Kent was so nice and attentive. Explained the procedure And it was successful! She gave me instructions for going forward! Appreciate it all! Even the check in was timely and efficient!

Was seen by NP and she commented to a question I had about ears. Popping and said it was because of my CPAP. I didn’t say anything but should they ask more questions like do you have mucous build up. Well I had no cough a few weeks ago and now I have a cough so it can’t be the CPAP can it.

I was extremely happy with the results the lady that treated me was patient and extremely kind because of the previous appt. I was very nervous and scared to be honest but this time she got it done as quickly as she could with as little pain as could thank you it was a very sensitive area of my ear im not trying to say anything.bad about the first visit .they were very kind and did what they could it was just extremely painful .
