Katherine was running behind schedule and I was left in a treatment room for over 45 minutes. I thought they forgot about me. I understand that in health care problems can arise which can't be helped and which can throw the schedule off. I wouldn't have minded if someone had come in the room and told me what was going on.

Explained the procedure and the results of the x-rays. The cortisone shot was given to me without pain! Excellent experience

She told me that she will give me exercise plan and she will give me some sleeve to wear it. Nothing happened. So I'm not too happy. Thank you.

Getting my knee replaced has been so not what i expected - in a good way. The doctors spend time and make sure i can ask questions. I will be getting the other knee replaced next year (never thought i would be saying that). A very positive experience!

From entering until existing all the employees I personally dealt with and some I just said hello to were the best of the best! It was such a wonderful vibe from all the employees! No tension among them I felt and they all were smiling at each other which to me is so nice to see! So a heartfelt thank you to 100 E! ?

I like that this provider introduced herself to me as "Katy". It made me feel very comfortable. She spoke clearly and explained everything so I could understand. She made me feel that I would've safe and in good hands during and after surgery.

This was a one year follow up from both knees being replaced so it required x-rays and consultation. The entire process went seamlessly. And that is not mentioning how perfect the surgery was. Not only did this group provide new knees, they provided a new life!

I want Katherine Johnston to be my Pa dr. If I need the shot I want her to do it. Also, if I need it again I think I should get a gel shot,it would last longer I heard.thanking u for ur help. Hopefully it will last longer than 3 mths.
