Dr. G spent alot of time researching PMH, going back 2 years ago to locate information. Very pleased with this practice.

Dr. Gheysens, upon entering the exam room, did not even look me in the eye, did not ask me anything about my personal life, did not give me pretty much the time of day upon entering the room. And immediately, the first thing that she tells me is that I'm complaining about a lot of varying symptoms and which one is the one that I'd rather focus on the most. And when I told her that all of my symptoms are bothering me and that I could not prioritize one over the other, that was simply not a good enough answer for her. Throughout the rest of our appointment together, she would continuously speak over me and not let me finish explaining certain timeline of symptoms or what have you. And it was overall not a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Gheysens and her supporting staff at the Virtua Cherry Hill Gastroenterology office, are friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Gheysens is an excellent G.I. Specialist, who does an amazing job communicating with you as a patient, and uses her expertise to explain and advise her professional medical opinions on your condition, while at the same time takes into your account your input while considering the course of recommended treatment. Dr. Gheysens is the best!

I always feel secure when I see my GI doctor. Her treatment for my colitis saved me from taking overdosing steroids.

The experience with the Dr and staff was impeccable but unfortunately there aren't enough options for treatment. The tests that I need are too expensive and my insurance doesn't cover a large portion of it so as wonderful as the staff is, I won't be continuing to get care because I can't afford it

Dr. Gheysens is not only an amazing G.I. Specialist, but she is a great person who genuinely cares about your health issues. She always listens to your concerns and includes you in any plan regarding monitoring and treatment of your condition. An awesome doctor as well as a caring person!

I felt the provider was completely disinterested and was condescending. Very little eye contact and didn't hear me out. She seemed annoyed and I can't think what I did wrong. I am looking for a different provider. I now understand why she had so much availability on her calendar for scheduling.

I was very happy that Dr. G listened to me. I was skeptical going in because previous Doctors focussed on symptoms and not the core of the issue. I'm glad she is taking immediate steps & I'm hopeful for answers.

I just wanted to say, Dr. Gheysens, I think it's the best doctor he had my husband with the issue he had and now I chose her with her health care. So I think he's the best doctor. That's all I can say. She's number ten.
