I actually thought she was a PA. Very thorough. She asked questions and explained about my future colonoscopy. I felt confident with her care and knowledge.

I just wanted to say Katherine is so good about taking her time and making a person feel heard. She throughly looks through my previous tests and panels when I see her and discusses them with me. She makes me feel very comfortable and understood even when I feel like I sound ridiculous trying to explain my symptoms. She has great bedside manner. I have only met Dr.Jakkiti when she did my colonoscopy because I see Katherine NP at the office but when I did meet Dr.Jakkiti she was very kind. I also want to add that Terrance that gets me checked in/blood pressure ect. for Katherine and is so incredibly nice! He just always seems in a great uplifting mood which is instantly comforting. Him and Katherine always both let me know I can message any time if I have any concerns or questions and in the past they have always got right back to me when I have had to.

Katherine makes me feel so comfortable. She’s listens and makes you feel heard. She has a great bedside manner and always tries to get to the root of the problem instead of just throwing medication at it. She takes her time with you as well which I really appreciate!
