The facility was clean. The personnel I encountered were friendly and efficient. I was called to my appointment right away. Hand sanitation was observed where necessary. I was able to find a parking space in the Kirklin Clinic deck within a reasonable amount of time. And, there was almost no wait for my flu shot in the Whitaker lab.

My doctor is willing to listen to my concerns and never rushes me during my appointments. Also she gives helpful advice when I have questions about my health.

Dr. Romp is very thorough and does not rush through. She spends as much time as I need. She answers questions and makes recommendations so that I understand perfectly what is needed. she followed up with making an appointment for my mammogram. I just feel very well taken care of.
