The facility was clean. The personnel I encountered were friendly and efficient. I was called to my appointment right away. Hand sanitation was observed where necessary. I was able to find a parking space in the Kirklin Clinic deck within a reasonable amount of time. And, there was almost no wait for my flu shot in the Whitaker lab.
