I just want to say that my visit with Dr. Joyce was absolutely terrible. From the very minute the doctor met me, she was condescending and talking down to me. When she asked me what I wanted and I was trying to advocate for myself and telling her I'd like to be on a different insulin pump, she looked at me as if I was stupid and I knew nothing. Ultimately, I got sick of her attitude and ended the meeting abruptly and left. I will never be seen by Virtua Health again. You guys are terrible and shame on you.

When I was finished with my appointment, I was supposed to be given a follow-up appointment for four months and the staff failed to tell me that. So I left the appointment and remembered the next day to get an appointment and I called for three days before I finally had to call the main number at Virtua to get an appointment. Nobody ever called me back after calling that office. So they need to make sure you go through an exit nurse before leaving. Thank you.

Dr. Joyce always treats me with the utmost respect. She's always very interested in how I'm doing. I could not ask for a more caring, considerate, well-trained endocrinologist. I really can't say anything more than that. She is awesome and I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs an endocrinologist in the area. Thank you.
