My most recent visit was a video visit. It went well. My visit prior to the video visit was with my primary care physician [staff], who was through.

This was the first time I was seen by this provider. She prescribed medication for my illness and explained why she chose that med for me based on my current symptoms, history and relevant lab work. I was impressed with how familiar she was with my history. The visit was seamless in that I felt I was picking up with someone I had seen before and who knew me.She ordered follow up labs to be done a few weeks after I completed my medication.

Because of time constraints, office appointment could not be scheduled. Everyone on the Hopkins team went over & above to get me medical care & arranged face time call appointment. I sincerely thank all their efforts & felt very comfortable with the provider who was not only qualified but courteous, patient & gave me good advice with & steps to take for dealing with my situation.
