From the moment I walked in, the staff was exceptionally professional, efficient, welcoming, and attentive. The office runs with the level of organization and care you would expect from a truly top-tier medical practice.
Dr. Thyssen is outstanding in every sense of the word. She is highly knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, thorough, and genuinely committed to providing the best possible care to her patients. It would be helpful for Patients if the receptionists could actually see if someone is in line. Between the wall and huge screens a patient can wait several minutes before being noticed.

The receptionist, a young man, was professTonal, proficient and personable. The medical assistant did a thorough job. She was professional, proficient and personable. Dr. Trujillo-king was also professional, proficient, knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Thyssen is the best! She is so knowledgeable, so personable, so professional and extremely proficient. She certainly knows the medical history. She listens to my concerns with sincere care. She involves me in decision making ensuring that I am well informed. I mash happy to have her as my Primary Care physician.

Dr. Thyssen is very up to date on any new medical procedures as well as medications. She is always helpful and suggests ways to get further help or advice. Best doctor ever.

I have been so thoroughly pleased with Dr. Thyssen that I recommended her to a friend who is now seeing her. Dr. Thyssen is always prepared for my visits, having reviewed my labs in advance, and ready to recommend any changes to the treatment plan. She is professional, knowledgeable, an attentive listener and cares for her patients. She is the best doctor I have ever had.

The Senior Care Center on Del Monte is a very, very good center for seniors. I feel very comfortable there. Denise, who's the personal care representative, has been very helpful and the front desk is very efficient. I really appreciate the center. Thank you.
