I think Dr. Thyssen is going to be a very good fit for me as my new primary care physician. She was very friendly, easy to converse with, and knowledgeable.

This is a teachable moment. I am always grateful for Dr. Thyssen's care. I just wanted to say that she asked if I wanted to have a ear lavage and I think because of the ear lavage I developed severe vertigo the next day and I'm still experiencing vertigo. So I think as a teachable moment either the doctor or the nurse administering the ear lavage should tell the patient whether they should have this, that the risks involved can be vertigo because I would not have chosen to do it because I missed out on a tennis tournament that I had signed up for this week because I was too busy to play any kind of sports. So that's what I was, that's the only information I'd like to give at this time. Thank you.

Dr Thyssen is the best Dr I have ever had, with any plan anywhere. She takes time to instill my confidence that I am getting the best care always. She is smart, knowledgeable about my issues, and kind. I have felt good about Hometown Health/Senior Care Plus. I do not feel good about belonging to Kaiser. After all these years with Renown, I don’t look forward to considering other plans.

Dr Thyssen was very thorough, unhurried and spent nearly one hour getting to know me and going over all my prescriptions and why I was receiving them.

I am concerned about how Kaiser will affect my care - fewer and shorter appointments. I fear the provider I love will choose to go to another facility.

Dr. Thyssen and her team that she had selected are the best in this whole area. I would never leave Reno as long as Dr. Tyson is here. She's saved my life a couple times and I think she'll do it again. I'm very happy to have Kaiser a part of the merger with Renan and I certainly hope that Dr. Thyssenremains with you for the long term.

I always get the best of care. Dr Thyssen is amazing, caring, great listener and very professional. She is well educated and really knows her Medical training. I’ve been seeing her for over 5 yrs now and have always been treated with the best care. Always answers all my questions and gives me good advice. Her staff is excellent also. I highly recommend them as they are well trained in their profession.

I’m very happy to be a patient at the Del Monte Center. The office is clean, comfortable, and the staff has always been courteous and professional. The longer appointment times are especially helpful as I’ve never felt rushed and have had time to discuss any issues fully with the medical staff. Dr. Thyssen is the gold standard in health care in my opinion, as she is professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to listen, and is a genuine, caring person. My wife and I both feel lucky to be under her care.

I love this clinic. Dr. Thyssen is amazing. I don't know how she can pack all that knowledge into her brain. The waiting area is so attractive and spacious. I feel safe there. If someone is ill, I can stay away. I like the lab experience. Easy and efficient.

Renown's Geriatric Center at 740 Del Monte is an amazing facility that provides top notch staff and doctors. In addition, the waiting area is like walking into a 4 Star Hotel. I love it!
