This week I visited my Primary for illness and a lab for blood draw
All the people were helpful and supportive.
At our Robb drive, Reno lab a sign in sheet has been replaced with a computer screen which creates a line that clogs up the check in process and requires us to stand for prolonged time, of which I am not able.
I believe this “improvement” slowed things down and created physical problems for me. The sweet older lady behind the desk came to my aid saving me pain and stress.
To get rid of the bottle neck have at least two check in computers which should not be necessary since I checked in on line.
Please consider some members are unable to stand long if at all.

I would like to say my visit with Dr. Kate Thyssen as my new primary care physician with Renown, meeting Dr. Thyssen for the first time, I was very impressed with her, and I am very much looking forward to have her managing my healthcare as my New Primary care physician! I found nothing that I would’ve needed to change in our visit to make things any better. My first impression was a very favorable and I’m very happy with my choice. I felt right at home speaking with the doctor. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and compassionable person. I’m glad to be involved with her for my healthcare needs.

I am 81 years old and have visited many medical facilities. The Delmonte branch of Kaiser Permanente.(as well as Dr Thyssen at that branch) is the nicest most convenient most acceptable medical facility I have ever visited…

I like the peacefulness of the Del Monte facility, and the fact that Dr. Thyssen is my Geriatric provider. Dr. Thyssen listens and refers me to areas needed. I can follow up on My Chart.
