My Dr. makes me feel more and more comfortable and it makes me feel like I can open up to her without being afraid to ask. I usually keep things to myself so it is hard for me to open up, I don’t like feeling like I complaining about minimal [ ]. Dr. Thyssen is easy to talk too!

Dr. Thyssen is extremely professional, proficient and personable. She is intelligent, knowledgeable and explains the situation completely and with concern. Her expertise is highly valued. She is caring and supportive. I have recommended her to many friends, family and acquaintances. Her staff, including Emily, Sydney, Greg, provides excellent service as they perform their duties. The facility is beautiful, spacious and decorated nicely.

Dr. Thyssen is closely involved in my care, and has managed to develop a protocol that has kept me healthy and out of the hospital over the past year (prior to that, I was hospitalized frequently for [ ]). I’m nearly 90, and have never had a doctor so exceptionally excellent at all aspects of their profession.

Dr Thyssen’s medical assistant, Emily, is always informed, up-to-date and interested in my medical conditions. She is really the best assistant. It is obvious that Dr Thyssen and Emily have a mutual respect for each other that carries over to me/their patients. Dr Thyssen is the most intelligent and caring doctor I’ve ever had at Renown. I’ve asked her to never leave! Ha! (Dr [ ] was in this category, too. But I only saw him a few times before his duties changed)

Dr. Thyssen is an exceptional listener. She explains test results thoroughly and put you at ease about areas that appear questionable to the lay person. She also encourages questions to be asked through My Chart getting back to you the same day. I never feel rushed through a visit with her. I give her five stars.

Dr. Thyssen is Friendly and helpful and listens when you’re talking. She explains the answers to your questions in detail and then make sure you understand what she said. When I contact her through MyChart, I always hear back from her within three or four hours. She always follows up on lab work or when I see another provider. she is an excellent doctor
