She has previously care for an issue concerning my son. When he found out I would also be seeing Katelyn Nelson, his response was very favorable. She is quite personable, and actually took time to listen to the patient which is rarely seen by medical staff. It's normally an introduction, read notes, directives, a script and out before you can say how do you do! There was none of that with my visit. I felt as so I was speaking to a friend concerning an issue. I was well at ease with her.
