I found, Katelyn Morris to be knowledgeable, insuring I fully understood the path forward for the treatment. The treatment Katelyn prescribed is generating the results she described, I would say I’m 85% better and have 1.5 days of treatment better as of this writing.

I was scheduled for an office visit but the weather was bad. I was delighted when Halle called and asked if I wanted a virtual office visit. It saved me a dangerous drive in the snowstorm.

The waiting room was nice, large and the wait was short. The doctor was on time for my appointment. The only complaint is that I don't understand why I had to answer questions again at the front office that I had already answered online in the checkin process.

I love everyone there my provider the nurse's assistant is fabulous however the older lady at the front desk with a long gray hair she a lot of times is not pleasant she doesn't appear friendly I don't like it when I have to talk to her

I have had some not so great experiences in doctors offices or just urgent cares in general so I was really dreading my first appointment I had made. The staff and the provider completely changed that. I no longer dread or cancel my appointments. My provider is always thorough and listens to anything I have concerns about. I am grateful to have finally found a doctors office where I feel seen and safe and heard.
