The welcoming staff (Sandra) and the nursing group (Brie) are exceptionally pleasant, caring and professional. Kate Smith is all of the above and quite thorough and knowledgeable. I cannot wish for a better overall experience.

Response time and customer service. I would recommend Agewell to anyone seeking care for the elderly. Good resources as well. We recently needed in immediately and there was no issue getting an apt. We were not made to wait for hours and we're taken back promptly. This is a big deal as my Mom gets anxious and upset going to the doctor and then if we have to wait awhile her mood and anxiety get worse. I find Agewell to be knowledgeable and even though my Mom has Dementia they still speak to her. She may not know the answers but it gives her the choice to say that she does not know and refer to me at that point. Thank you fir all you do. Kate Smith was who we saw last week. She was wonderful.

I really appreciated all the time and effort NP Kate Smith went into making my annual Medicare visit so memorable. Her health and care suggestions are still reverberating in my mind. That's a first time ever for me.
Never had I imagined getting to know my health care provider as an actual human being. What a reassuring feeling the entire visit left me with.
As always the team is excellent.

I haven't been to the new location yet, but I know it will be a bit more convenient. It is the people that matter, though. The medical team as well as office staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
