she was knowledgeable about my child's medical history and it was apparent that she had read my child's chart before our first appointment and she listened well to me and my speaking for my child. Very open to opinions

Kasie did a fantastic job of listening to my child to make sure she had no concerns. she explained in great detail the difference between meningitis vaccines. My child really likes her and is happy that we are coming to a medical office that made her feel comfortable

I'm filling this out with my daughter marked fair for answering questions in a way my daughter can understand as her condition (s) , due to how she presents herself, can be forgotten as to how she takes in information and has a true understanding of what is said. If I didn't love with her I would not understand her as well either.

Our visit went well. Trying to pick up our Rx was a runaround. Theyvforgot to send it over! But when called no one at the clinic could send it or find it! I had to go back and forth from the pharmacy to speak to someone in person beacause they couldn't seem to figure it out by phone. So with my daughters appt at 11:20 and finally being able to pick up the RX after 4, I spent 5 hours of my day between the two. Such a waste of time but I needed my daughter to get the medicine she needed to be healthy!!!!!!
