Matthew Kashima is a great doctor -- skilled, kind, concerned about the whole person. He brought my attention to a non-ENT medical condition that I didn't quite realize I had, and he encouraged me to get it evaluated. I did. His advice is always excellent.

Dr. Kashima explained the issues I was having with my hearing using a large diagram of the ear canal hanging on his wall, so I understood throughly what was going on and how the proposed treatment would help my situation. Very thorough!

Dr. Kashima will always ask how my ears are. Experienced many unpleasant ear infections. He will clear the impaction, prescribe medicine and follow-up. Condition is improving. If I need to see him before my scheduled appointment he will see me. Thank you for the excellent care you provide.

Dr. Kashima and the resident who treated me were exceptional. They spent a lot of time with me troubleshooting what the source of my pain might be, and both the resident and Dr. Kashima gave me sound advice that enabled me to set up follow up care with other specialties.
