Very pleasant and knowledgeable. She asked questions about my fall and provided me with information on how to be safe in order to prevent future accidents. She listened intently to my concerns and advised me about how to get relief from my pain. An X-ray was ordered and she contacted me to discuss the results. My visit with Dr. Potti was very positive!

Dr. Potti was excellent; she listened to me, and had a good understanding of my issue. She also went out of her way to get me a same-day appointment with ENT, to ensure the issue was resolved quickly.

Dr Potti is one of the most personable and easy to work with doctors I have ever met. She was incredibly thorough and listened attentively and gave good feedback in a friendly and good-natured way. I saw her because she was substituting for my regular primary. I would not hesitate to make Dr Potti my primary except that she plans to ultimately settle in the Columbia office, which is not convenient for me. If the opportunity presents, I plan to recommend her to friends who live in Columbia.

had the opportunity to see Dr. Potti as a substitute for my primary care physician, and I was very impressed with the experience. Dr. Potti was thorough, friendly, and highly professional throughout the visit. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Even though this was not my regular doctor, I felt confident in the care I received. I would not hesitate to see Dr. Potti again in the future.

She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted to say. She was taking the place of my primary care physician due to her absence, but she did an excellent job. She must have read the history of my health conditions before the appointment, for she was familiar with my health situation. If my current primary care physician were not available, I sure like to have her as my primary care doctor.

She asked me to drop them a note about my blood pressure readings for the past week. I sent the information and they responded within the hour. She had a question and I answered it. I was very happy with her responsiveness. If my regular Doctor does not return, I'd be happy to continue on with Dr. Potti.
