Dr. Patel is fantastic! He has both stellar medical knowledge and exceptional bed side manner. The practice should be viewed separate from the provider.

I always appreciate the care i receive here. However, at my last appointment, I felt a hesitation regarding my prescriptions. I understand insurance can be complicated, but as a patient, I look to be treated for my health needs first

Dr. Patel is friendly and patient and always puts me at ease. He takes time to listen and address my questions and always reassures me and ensures I'm taking the proper next steps where needed. I've already recommended him to other friends and family b/c he's so fantastic.

The support staff was also outstanding. For instance, one of them suggested that instead of my having to miss work to come back to take the blood test, I could take it then and there. So I was able to combine my visit to Dr. Patel with the blood test. That was much more convenient and also represented a financial savings, as I didn't have to take off work and pay for another Uber to get there.

The doctor was very professional and easy to talk to. However the front office staff needs to be more welcoming and friendly. I only think I would have like was a follow up tele a doc appointment to go over my blood test results. Dr. Patel is wonderful and I will definitely be making the trip to Hoboken again when I have to have another appointment.

Dr. Patel was great. Very easy to speak to and I felt respected and safe. I've had very cold clinical experiences with Doctors who seemed overwhelmed, not this doctor! He was very helpful and I really appreciated the time he gave me. Highly recommend this place and Dr. Patel!

I always enjoy my visit with Dr. Patel. He is always very attentive to any questions I have, and in reassuring me that should my health change in any way that concerns me, that the practice is always there to attend to my health needs. As a result, everyone in my family is part of his practice.

I've been going to that office for almost 30 years. I thought that things would change with regards to having a new doctor. When I first met Dr. Patel he treated me like a person, just like my previous doctor at that office did. I can't put into words how amazing it is to have Dr. Patel as my primary care Doctor. He listens to your concerns, and makes sure your doing well and is someone who listens even if its not health related. I always recommend him to everyone looking for a good physician. Doctor Patel is AWESOME!!!

Wonderful experience from the front desk, physician, and the rest of staff including the techs/phlebotomist. The office should be a model for the rest of HMH in how to efficiently, but still with friendliness, kindness, and JOY treat our patients (I work at HMH myself).

During my visit, I didn't actually see the doctor. I only had blood taken. I haven't had a chance to see him for a follow-up yet. So a lot of these questions were not applicable to my situation, which is why I braided it the way I did. Thank you.

Dr. Patel and nurses were fantastic. Everyone was happy and helpful throughout my entire visit. Even when I was having trouble with the mychart app- nurses at the front desk and in the back were happy to help until I got it all setup.

My main issue with the provider was actually not the doctor, but the office and the administration staff. They were very secretive, and they wouldn't share the information I needed about the prices, the costs, and all kind of logistical things to do with the service. And this is not the first time, and they stopped me from contacting my doctor online via the MyChart portal. Everything feels very trying to challenge my understanding and transparency too. information about the services I get, which is very frustrating.

Dr. K Patel and his staff are always professional. They take the time for even small talk. Dr. Patel starts off the conversation where we left off the last time I see him. Considering all the patients he sees it's amazing that he remembers. He always points me in the right direction for my health needs.

The person drawing my blood had an issue finding my vein and it hurt and when she did she accidentally squirted blood all over my arm and the chair and the floor . Another nurse came in after and was able to quickly draw my blood correctly. I would reccomend to better train the staff . The rest of my visit went well and my visit with Dr Patel was very good .

I had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Patel. He's super patient, very personable, and very professional. It was an annual physical and he talked about my weight. He's very progressive in his point of view and his advice is practical and easy to follow. When I was talking to him, he was also waiting for me to finish. There's time I need to look up certain medical word in English, and he was willing to wait. I never had a PCP like him and I'm immediately a fan!

Hi, I just want to say that Dr. Patel gave me an excellent experience for the last couple of years. And I'm extremely happy about his service. He's a professional. And he worked with me very closely. And he knows my history. and provided very good recommendations in terms of how to improve my health in general, not only just the annual checkups. And I really developed this kind of a personal relationship with Dr. Patel, and I'm very happy with it.
