Karlie did an excellent job in every aspect . I could not think anything she did that was standard par. Her communication as to the healing process was very key to me.

This isn't related to Karlie, but there seems to be a problem with your referral system. No one called me for an appointment after a referral was entered into the system, so I reached out to make this appointment. The same thing happened to my husband with a referral regarding his sleep apnea. He went an entire year without anyone calling him and then at his next physical his doctor put the orders in again. I made him call this time to get an appointment as no one was calling again.
