Dr, Brenner listened carefully to my description of symptoms and questions, then provided several options for treatments and medicines to addres my condiction. He's thoughtful and supportive in providing advice and gives clear instructions for next steps. He's also very proactive in ordering tests and provided feedback within 24 hours with comments on test results. My wife and I both see Dr. Brenner and have been delighted with the care he provides.

This visit was a waste of time. I normally see a different PCP but came in to see him for immediate needs. He seemed irritated that he had to see me. Didn't give me any suggestions. Told me to come back in 6 weeks and have some blood work done. Didn't seem to understand why I was there. No eye contact whatsoever. Complete waste of time.

Team approach to dealing with me and my pharmacist Reem Carl have a regular ophthalmologist that I see. I have a wound care doctor and I have a skin care doctor. So I feel like I have people looking out for me.

The patient should be allowed to have the choice of seeing a physician or a PA. The next years appointment card given to me was for the PA. I only noticed it once I returned home. This practice has traditionally been excellent from my past experiences with the physician and staff,, however in this instance everything seemed to be hurriedly done. I sincerely hope that physicians can take charge of the patient’s ultimate health and wellbeing.
