still have not recieved EMG and neither have I been given an appt for EMG

The facility was excellent. Instructed 15-20 min prior to my appointment and was in the exam room well before my appt time. Dr Karishma Patel was very thorough and attentive. My visit with her was comprehensive and lasted about 20-40 min. She listened to all my symptoms and concerns and conducted various tests. She also offered follow up recommendations

The only improvement needed was during the checkout process. The pt care rep was not at her desk so I had to wait probably about 15 minutes. My back began to hurt, I was bending trying to relieve the pain (multiple back surgery pt here). I asked someone else to assist and she said oh she'll be here soon. I saw the ck out rep exit a room with someone whom seemed to be a friend not pt related. Then she made me nervous because I needed labs and she said you only have 10 minutes. I went to lab only to be told no they would have gone to break later, pts come first to her. Oh and when I sat down after checkout I had a question for the checkout woman and she was gone, again! That needs to be addressed. Not right. Someone else assisted me. The provider was top notch, just the checkout person. Thank you.

She was very patient , kind ,respectful and took the time to listen ,explain and made me feel comfortable and her ability to calm me down . My BP was a bit high because of not knowing how things would go because of the pain , but she calmed me down a lot .Also when I arrived I was made very comfortable.
