At a time when I am facing ever mounting medical bills for my cancer treatment, which causes me great distress, I was a bit surprised to be charged $45 for a visit that was less than 5 minutes. I understand the value of my care and the expertise of my medical care team but it is overwhelming.

I was told to be there at 8:00AMfor bloodwork….however that didn’t happen. I saw the doctor for a 9:15 appointment….then they wanted to do bloodwork….i declined. Tried to make a fun appointment…but couldn’t get into the room…..door was blocked by other people..I left.
