The only reason my provider was not given all 10s it’s because I think there was something of a language barrier between us.

The nurse/staff who brought me back to the room to see Dr Arnaout was not very friendly or personable. I did not feel comfortable with her, more so that she did not want to be bothered. She had long blonde braids but I do not remember her name.

I am very pleased with the treatment I am receiving from Dr. Arnaout. As I stated, he is courteous, professional, yet is warm and reassuring as well. I believe he is a good doctor and I have confidence in him.
