Dr. Karim explained everything to me in an easy-to-understand manner. He made me feel that I was in good hands.

I was told to be there at 8:00AMfor bloodwork….however that didn’t happen. I saw the doctor for a 9:15 appointment….then they wanted to do bloodwork….i declined. Tried to make a fun appointment…but couldn’t get into the room…..door was blocked by other people..I left.

He is very easy going and studies all my details before he comes into the room. I usually have a list of questions and we review them together in detail and everything is explained to me in a way that I understand it.

My only complaint is the amount of time I spent waiting. I arrived at 9:40 for my 9:45 appointment. I was not called into the exam room until 10:15. Once in the exam room, I waited another 30 minutes before Dr. Arnaout arrived, so my appointment began an hour late at 10:45. Dr. Arnaout apologized for the delay, but I believe an hour's delay is excessive.
