The staff were extremely helpful and kind. From the greeting at the front desk, my time with the nurse, my visit with the nurse practitioner to the personnel in the lab, it was nice to be treated so well. The staff are excellent!

The ease to register prior too is great, there is never a long wait time to see the Dr. The one thing that I did realize is that my insurance covers wellness visits, and although I do see the Dr. twice a year I am still charged a copay no matter if it's a wellness visit or not. This has happened every since I have been seeing the Dr. there at Kirkland.
So I think that part needs to be clear when registering, it should be a question of whether its a wellness visit or a check-up so that it will not automatically require you to make a payment. I'm sure I have overpaid for more than 10 years now.....

Dr. Kari was very engaged and was very concern about my health care. Dr. Kari was positive , friendly and professional.
