Dr Wu clearly is on top of her game. Knows others in the business and has a sense of humor. Redirects some negative patient grousing with a thoughtful, positive and non judgmental approach.

Dr Wu is very nice helpful and understands my needs and just finished 3 months ago doing total knee replacement and she has been there for me every time I have question or concern.

The front desk staff ignored me while I stood waiting to check I. For the appointment. There is a sign at the desk that directs one to sign in and have a seat. There was no form to sign to sign in so I stood there waiting to be acknowledged.

Didn’t feel like a patient experiencing my condition, I was just a number standing in line. The office staff at the front desk were all poorly dressed and looked like they just rolled out of bed
