What else would you like to say about your experience?
I would like to give tons of kudos and praise and appreciation to Karen Turner and her staff. She is incredibly knowledgeable. On top of everything, she's thorough, she's intelligent. I don't know that there's anybody better I could ever want if I have something wrong with my belly. She's amazing. She's also helped me for several years. I adore this entire group of medical professionals, and I am blessed that I was able to have them for my care.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Nurse checked with pharmacy regarding under filled prescription, corrected the error and called me with the updated resolution before I made it home.

Everybody was helpful and friendly from the registration team, to the medical assistant that brought to the room and took my history and vitals. Karen Turner was friendly, professional and informative.

Karen was professional. Knowledgeable and personable. She was thorough with her exam and listened. She did her research on my prior GI background. It may be sound strange to say during for a GI appt but, Karen was an absolute delight.

Felt like that was much discussion of items outside of the scope that I was there to be treated for. Felt like she was dismissive questions and jumped through symptoms not covering items of concern.

Stay on topic for the condition being treated and listen to the patient more.
