Felt like that was much discussion of items outside of the scope that I was there to be treated for. Felt like she was dismissive questions and jumped through symptoms not covering items of concern.

Stay on topic for the condition being treated and listen to the patient more.

Karen was empathetic, patient, and thorough. She assured me what was going on was very real, there were treatment options available, and she was going to run tests to help ensure we were making an accurate and valid treatment plan. I felt like she listened and understood my concerns without rushing me or dismissing my symptoms.
