Big thank you to Dr. Thiele and Miranda - my child is generally pretty anxious and they really did a great job of putting her at ease. She and I both greatly appreciated how well they explained everything too.

Honestly, I don't think there is any better healthcare than the university there at Moana Lane. They are all so fabulous and thorough, and I've never had better care. And no matter what, there's nowhere else I'd go. So, I think they're fabulous.

Dr. Karen Thiele is by far the best doctor I've ever had in my 36 years of existence. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone I can recommend her to. She's amazing, she's attentive, she listens, she cares about your problems, she doesn't immediately jump to the most invasive solution to your problems, and she's just an overall amazing doctor. I would 10 out of 10 recommend her to anyone I know.

I always feel listened to and respected when seeing Dr. Thiele. She takes the time to explain and be sure all your questions are answered. She is compassionate, kind, thorough, and educational. She is what medicine is meant to be.

Dr. Thiele really takes her time with patients. I believe her background as a nurse is evident in the way she approaches things holistically, her ability to establish warm and genuine relationships, and her commitment to comprehensive care. I feel more comfortable with her than I have with any other primary care provider before.

Dr. Thiele is extremely kind, caring and easy to talk to. She explained everything very clearly and I did not feel rushed or dismissed. This is so rare to find in a doctor today!

I was struggling to find a doctor who takes the time to listen and think about the info I give them and then apply it to help treat me. Dr Thiele was incredibly courteous as was her staff, they helped create a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere to talk openly about my issues. They provided options for each of my issues I brought up and helped get a gameplan together for my health. I look forward to my next appointment!

Dr Thiele and Riley both deserve a raise. They have felt like family the second I met them and continue to prove incredible care, education, and advocacy for their patients. We recently postponed moving to a different stage because I'm no where near ready to give up such an amazing health care team, and they've set the bar so high that I don't think I'll ever find another doctor or MA that will even come close to Dr Thiele and Riley, AKA the dream team!

Yes, Dr Thiele is very open and welcoming tome as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. This was the reason i sought care with Dr Thiele, and I was not disappointed. Her dedication to the LGBTQIA+ community is a welcome shift in the fairly conservative area i live in. I would recommend her practice to all of my fellow LGBTQIA+ friends and family.

I've been a patient with University Health for over 20 years! I am distressed by the refusal of the Renown Administration to work with the Prominence Medicare insurance plan. This means I'll have to find another primary care provider!
