I saw Dr Miljour at the MyMichigan Urgent Care. I have seen her at least 3 times in the past 18 months. She has always had an excellent bedside manner, and very pleasant, and great clinical skills.

If you have an issue, this Dr. can help. She doesn't have the most cheerful bedside manner and can come off "cold" or "rude", but she is competent and will make sure things are done well.

Really love the staff at the Urgent Care facility in Midland and Dr Karen Miljour in particular. She shows empathy and helps convey calm and confidence which are key elements to help heal. I am very thankful and pleased with the service I received from her

Was very happy with the care I received. However one of the prescriptions that was supposed to be called into the pharmacy was not. I was disappointed that it was omitted as we talked about the necessity while taking the antibiotics.

Karen is an excellent doctor. I felt very lucky that she was on staff at the Urgent Care Facility. I saw her for a Covid test and I ended up testing positive. She gave me a prescription, discussed what medications I needed to temporarily stop

Wonderful experience. I had 15 stitches in my leg. Dr Miljour was kind, informative and good at what she did.
