I saw Dr Miljour at the MyMichigan Urgent Care. I have seen her at least 3 times in the past 18 months. She has always had an excellent bedside manner, and very pleasant, and great clinical skills.

If you have an issue, this Dr. can help. She doesn't have the most cheerful bedside manner and can come off "cold" or "rude", but she is competent and will make sure things are done well.

Really love the staff at the Urgent Care facility in Midland and Dr Karen Miljour in particular. She shows empathy and helps convey calm and confidence which are key elements to help heal. I am very thankful and pleased with the service I received from her

Was very happy with the care I received. However one of the prescriptions that was supposed to be called into the pharmacy was not. I was disappointed that it was omitted as we talked about the necessity while taking the antibiotics.

This was an emergency visit and I got in to see the doc right away. She was very personable, professional and discussed after treatment care in depth with me. Karen is a wonderful person, very knowledgeable, professional and caring.

Only waited a short time before I was see, had X-rays and was discharged. Very efficient and thorough!

I would never hesitate to visit this Urgent Care. My care was indeed urgent, which was recognized by the receptionist who immediately found not one but two nurses and a wheelchair to rush me to triage. And I was in therapy three hours later.

I got sick really bad. Went to midland urgent care. The staff were so nice and got me in to see dr. very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend Midland Urgent Care.

Dr Miljour was very concerned and took steps necessary to get my husband to the ER He has pneumonia and is in ICU If she had sent him home the outcome would not have been good Thank you so much

This doctor doesn’t listen to me as a patient. She is condescending in her attitude towards me, because I’m not a doctor. As soon as I voice an opinion or concern about my OWN body, she is curt and rushes through the remainder of the visit. All of the other doctors at Urgent Care are great, compassionate doctors!
