I always get a fast response to any of my requests, appointments, meds, any info I need. The Staff at BBH are friendly, polite, and helpful. Dr Karen McNeely has been my provider for years. She ia always able to provide for my needs on short notice. She takes time to listen to my concerns and provides the appropriate advice to help resolve the issues I am dealing with.

I do virtual appointments, and it is such a relief to be able to take 20 minutes wherever I am, instead of 2 hours mostly traveling to and from an in office appointment. My provider is wonderful and very responsive to message sent through myBaptistChart. Also really love myBaptistChart. It's very easy to use and has improved so much since it originally came out.
