Dr. Karen Helland was amazing. She displayed utter professionalism, discussing my health with me on the same level - in language neither opaque or oversimplified - meeting me where I am on my health journey and trusting me to report symptoms and concerns with accuracy. She made a quick referral at my request to a specialist for preventive care/screening and addressed getting needed care with encouragement rather than scolding or shaming. Highly, highly recommended.
