Always late. This time I waited 50 min. for her after the nurse left. I arrived 15 min early for my 3:45 appointment. It was 4;41 before the doctor entered the room.
She also does not listen well.
She does seem to pay attention to test results.
She is personable but always seems to be in a hurry.
I think this practice pushes the doctors too much! The doctor should be allowed enough time to actually hear what is going on with the patient.
I have not experienced such rushed care from my other Piedmont doctors so am wondering if it is just White Oak practice.

I’m 86. Dr Hacker has been my physician for many years. I appreciate her for helping me with my medical needs as I age

I've been with this practice since 2014. Always been pleased. This time I waited a year for an appt with new primary. I waited one hour which was unusual. However, I was pleased to meet Dr. Hacker. I think it will be a good relationship.

Dr. Karen Hacker is genuine and trustworthy. She is not like any other provider at Piedmont. She really cares about each and every patient under her care. Dr. Hacker is humble, kind, and non-judgmental. She cultivates a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Hacker will not judge you or your medical history. She takes time to listen to you and really aims to understand your personal story before prescribing. She is engaging, professional, and the best Family Practice provider in the Coweta County and surrounding areas. Her effervescent spirit draws you in. You can't help but admire her and her work!

Genuinely seemed engaged, and friendly, and knowledgeable. And had positive energy. I left with no papers in hand, so was a little confused, but realized it was all online, and the front desk helped clarify that. But would have liked an explanation, as well as more proactive information regarding the prescription creams she ordered. I didn’t even know what they were until I got them from the pharmacy. But great to know that Dr. Hacker is so up on the technology!
