Karen is always very upbeat and makes my visits productive and comfortable. She raised a great point about having lab work for the Medicare PE done prior to visit, so we can discuss at appointment. will definitely do that in the future. Karen also replies promptly to lab work results.

8 AM appt...still waited 30 min in room before she came in for my appt.! Then told I had to wait after EKG because she went on to next patient.Nope...I waited long enough & had to leave.

She had taken the time to familiarize herself with my records as she took them over from Dr. Balsamo. She took the time to address my questions and in this case, I had a few discussion items that were lengthier in discussion than typical visits, yet she listened with compassion and while I know she was busy, never made me feel like I was not important and never made me feel rushed.

I feel she aggressively and appropriately treats my T2 diabetes. She is professional and respectful yet personal and friendly. Under her care I feel I am healthier than ever! My diabetes is much more controlled following her plan.
