Felt appointment went extremely well and talked about October Medicare PE and bloodwork was ordered, so I could get lab work before my appointment, which I think makes alot of sense. Was able to get in office finger stick to check A1C, which helped me see if the things I have been doing, are making my level come down.

I have been seeing Dr. Doherty-Wells for a number of years now and she always provides a excellent interaction between herself and her patients. She takes time to provide detailed explanations on the current status of my visits. She makes recommendations according to my situation and needs.

Karen obviously cares a great deal for her patients, is open to their wishes, belief systems and input toward their own care, and thoroughly explains options and reasons for her recommendations/prescriptions, etc.
