Felt there was a lot of waiting time before entering exam room and actually seeing Karen. I had an EKG performed by a technician or nurses' aide promptly.

Very professional and likeable doctor. She seemed to listen to everything I said. I was happy with my visit with the doctor, but the nurse needed some manners.

Karen is always very upbeat and makes my visits productive and comfortable. She raised a great point about having lab work for the Medicare PE done prior to visit, so we can discuss at appointment. will definitely do that in the future. Karen also replies promptly to lab work results.

8 AM appt...still waited 30 min in room before she came in for my appt.! Then told I had to wait after EKG because she went on to next patient.Nope...I waited long enough & had to leave.
