The medical staff was professional at all levels. The new telephone management system is extremely frustrating because of the unreasonable delays in reaching the primary care office staff appointments.

Dr. Young is an exceptional physician who stays current with medical research and clearly explains how it applies to her patients' care. She presents multiple treatment options, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health. While the wait time in the waiting room is typically brief, the time spent waiting in the examination room can be lengthy.

Wait time before being seen could be shorter. I was seen an hour later than my original appointment. I was late for a work event due to this. But I do appreciate Dr Young's thoroughness and taking her time with me. I never felt rushed.

Dr. Karen Young is the best doctor ever. She is the best bedside man of any doctor I've ever been to. I've been doing her more than 20 years. She is the best doctor, top of the grade. I give her a 10, 20, 30, 40, I give her 100. She is the best doctor ever. She listens, she's concerned, and she's very patient. And I just love her. I love her whole staff. They're very nice.

The doctor and the entire staff were very friendly, attentive and courteous. Dr. Young in particular is very good with her bedtime manners - listening, being empathetic, explaining things and being humble and relatable. It was truly a pleasure and I look forward to Dr. Young being my doctor of choice in the future. I would be amiss if I did not also share that there was one area that left me felling uncomfortable. I felt pressured and cornered to visit the doctor's office repeatedly without any underlying reason or cause. I felt forced and it made me very uncomfortable. When I spoke with Dr. Young she understood and worked with me but I felt so uneasy after what was a great experience otherwise, that I could not stop thinking about it my entire drive back home. Other than that I had nothing but a positive experience.

Dr. Young is extremely patient and she really listens and hears the guardian and the child. She makes you feel very comfortable, even though you might be anxious about going to the doctor she puts you more at ease.

Dr. Young is the best doctor I've ever been to in my life. She's very careful about explaining things. She doesn't mind hearing what you have to say. I just think that she has the wherewithal where she's very interested in everything that's going on with her patients. I have referred other people to her and everybody that I've sent loves her. She's a wonderful doctor. I don't know what I'd do without her. She's the best.

The front desk staff is very welcoming and polite. The support staff is always helpful and professional. Dr. Young is thorough, knowledgeable, detailed in her explanations, friendly, and extremely helpful. I always have a great visit whenever I come to this office.

Dr. Karen Young is a very caring, a very kind, a very patient doctor who is really concerned about her patients. She will even call you at home as a follow-up to see how you're feeling, if it's a problem, you know, and you've taken medication because of the problem. She'll call you just to see how you're feeling, how you're doing, and I do appreciate that. I've been a patient for her for quite a long time. When she relocated to Perth Amboy, I came out that way with her. Okay, so that's all I have to say, but I'm very pleased with her. You don't have to wait long when you have to visit her. It doesn't take long to get an appointment. And the staff is very friendly and very kind and patient also. Thank you so much.

Dr. Young took the extra step of putting a prescription for blood work in my chart, which was really helpful so that I could go and get my blood work done, and she could go over it very thoroughly during our visit, which she did. She gave answers to questions in layman's language. She's very warm, she's very caring, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

I've been with Dr. Young over 20 years, and she's been very crucial in my existence. She's taken me with diabetes and has corrected it. Well, it's not corrected, but has helped me live with it where I can go on with a normal life. So I recommend her highly. She knows what she's doing. She's very experienced and her offices run very smoothly. I enjoy being with her. Thank you.
