The medical staff was professional at all levels. The new telephone management system is extremely frustrating because of the unreasonable delays in reaching the primary care office staff appointments.

While the wait time in the waiting room is typically brief, the time spent waiting in the examination room can be lengthy.

Wait time before being seen could be shorter. I was seen an hour later than my original appointment. I was late for a work event due to this. But I do appreciate Dr Young's thoroughness and taking her time with me. I never felt rushed.
