I am actually the patient’s son. Kara was so attentive and positive to my Mom that it has made a positive difference in her whole attitude about her recovery. She was so caring and gave Mom her full attention and directed all of her questions and discussions to HER rather than talking to me as though Mom wasn’t in the room. She took her time and answered questions thoroughly until Mom was satisfied about her care and recovery plan, and I know there was a waiting room full of patients, but this was Mom’s time and Kara gave it to her. Kara is the ideal standard of what a medical professional should be.
