Being treated with respect and kindness is, in my opinion, extremely important. By being friendly and helpful during the prep process the team helps alleviate anxiousness which in turn makes the actual epidural injection process (which is painful!) easier to endure. I'm grateful to Kara and the C ARM clinic

She is great!! She is caring. She takes all the needed to explain the X-rays as well as show you what she is discussing. She answer your questions and does not brush questions off and hurry you
