From the front office/reception area to speaking with the doctor, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and thorough. I felt they understood how I was feeling and was very knowledgeable in my care.

This was a referral and I feel like the doctor who referred me Dr. Aliwalis may not have sent me to the right option to get my answers questioned and feel like what I was seeking just questions and what she wrote on the referral was misleading therefore when the doctor came in I felt a bit attacked for what I was looking for was not what my doctor wrote on referral obviously but the Doctor did listen in the long run and answered all my questions and concerns just felt a bit attacked in the beginning of my appointment.

Wasn't aware of hand washing since I was lying down with eyes closed. They could mention . Not sure if doc actually performed the biopsies or if she was guiding the others present..always good to be told. Waiting for results..

Imaging dept could be better. Have neck issues due to positioning for breast biopsy. Also changed appt and it was never done. Notifications and better communication.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at the appointment. I was very impressed that Dr Kort listened to my concerns, performed an ultrasound to formulate her own professional opinion, then we made the decision to proceed with the FNA - and made the time to complete the procedure right away.
