Kara NP went above and beyond to get information for me and answer all of my questions. She took her time and listened well as i had a lot of history to provide. I appreciated her knowledge and patience.

I absolutely love the whole staff at East. The triage nurse is always quick to read my messages thru the portal, Dr [ ] was quick to respond and is always great in general, and Kara was kind and listened to my concerns. Teresa and the front desk are always friendly, which as someone who works in a medical setting, I appreciate. And even Dr [ ]'s nurse Margaret who did not room me for my visit, came out to chat with me. I am always just so appreciative of this staff.

I felt that Kara took the time to not only speak with me but to also listen. She didnt just do a routine check, she took time to listen to my concerns and history. She offered suggestions as well her thoughts and didnt try to rush me out.

There was some confusion when I first went back to the exam room, but it was worked out quickly! I’ve been to both nurse practitioners and really enjoyed talking with each! Would definitely recommend this practice!
