Lisa was very professional and courteous. She answered all of my questions. I realize when I left I had more questions. I guess I am wondering why I’m not being tested at the facility instead of at home,, but I didn’t ask her that question. She is an asset to your organization.

This provider knows a variety areas of sleep disorder. She is very friendly, understanding and I left the appointment feeling encouraged that my C-pap levels will work very well for me.

The staff are a good blend of professional and personable. I appreciate a nice clean office as well as well groomed and kind staff. Sleep is an intimate area of practice and I am very grateful to have found this office, identified the issue and to have achieved a successful level of intervention.

I had lost my card on the way in. I was still given time and info while I was there. I found my card when I went out to my car and brought it in to the receptionist. My provider called me back a little while later and told me the info so that I got a good idea as to how I am doing. Very helpful.

This may seem like a small thing but she walked me out to the front desk and explained what needed to happen next to the receptionist. Most medical professionals would give you a piece of paper, tell you when to return and leave y.
