He cares and he explains in a way that you can understand even if it's not what you wanted to ear. I would rather be told straight and to the point, then to not be informed.

Dr Gopal even asked other doctors to make sure that he has his staff to operate on on me ! Instead of having 2 groups working on 2 groups of 2 practices on me at different times.
