I needed to have immediate appointment with the Dr I was referred to, and calling the referral office my appointment was set for a month away, which was not acceptable. I called back to NCH office to ask for a different Referral Dr. (Who perhaps could see me quicker). NCH team said to stay with the first referred Dr. And that they would call that office on my behalf to explain the urgency. The next day the referred Dr. Office called me and scheduled an appointment for me that same afternoon. Above and beyond or business as usual I am not sure, but I vote it was above and beyond, so thankyou

Everyone with whom I contact was extremely nice And helpful. [ ] were the only times I had a need for seeing a doctor. The facility is very nice but the long wait time for an appointment is difficult when one doesn’t feel well. I had to give up on [ ] and [ ] with another long wait to see staff.

They listened, were professional, and kind. They took care of me quickly the results were surprisingly quick, and was treated immediately. Very knowledgeable and proficient. Will definitely go back if need to. From fronts desk to nurse, to ARNP they work well together!
