Mychart is horribl, frustrating and does not include historical data. Horrible rollout thata Trinity should be ashamed of.

It was excellent because I was in misery in pain & the receptionist advocated for me to be seen asap. The provider changed her schedule to see me that overwhelmed me & the way she figured out the problem I have & prescribed the treatment right away & referred me to PT. After I came home & started the treatment I couldn’t believe how felt so much better & progressing well. May the Lord bless her & keep up the good work 👏🙏👏

Except for my visit on Sept. 9 Melanie is usually very good. But telling me to stop a medication with no explanation is not acceptable!n

I trust this practice only because of my PCP. Melonie always goes above and beyond to help. No one of the receptionists or those who answer the phones goes above and beyond. It always who can pass the buck as the say. Try calling yourself and ask for a callback. Good luck.

Melonie is wonderful and shows compassion. She is also very informative. Oftentimes I wish the appointments were longer because she talks quickly and I forgot what she said after the appointment. I sometimes feel a little rushed, but I don’t think that’s her intention.

She is tremendously courteous, curious, and willing to indulge my questions or concerns. Very positive energy, with an encouraging vibe that does a lot for making me feel like a person. Her overall demeanor shows that she cares, even though she is sometimes clearly more rushed than she would like to be. Mel takes time (when she can) to pay extra attention or explore additional/secondary concerns, and this is something I look for in a primary care provider. If we had more time in our meetings (which I know is often not possible, and it isn't her fault), it'd be just about perfect.
