she is great, she is actually the person I prefer to see at this urgent care. she is not only great w me she is great w my [age]-year-old. I wish she had a practice or was at a regular practice I would def have her as my doctor

I got in quick which was nice however once I was in the room I waited forever for to be seen by the PA.

The provider Kaitlyn was wonderful and always takes good care of me, the lady at the front desk was rude, and on her phone, and even though there wasn’t a single person in the waiting room beside me she couldn’t be bothered to show any urgency to help me at the Urgent Care and didn’t even get off her phone to look at me when I asked her if I was set to leave at the check out window. Kaitlyn was great though!
