As soon as she came into the exam room she did address the issue of coming in late and thanked me for my patience. I greatly appreciated this as I was upset about the 55 minutes I sat in the exam room, and I pondered over how to address it when she came in, but she made it easy for me by bringing it up right away & apologizing. I really appreciated this, and I understand it probably wasn’t even within her control whatever the reason for the lateness, but I felt her willingness to take responsibility really smoothed things over for me. The reason I mention this is because I’ve been to other doctor offices before where they’ve come into the exam room late and not only did they NOT acknowledge they were late for my appointment, they were un-apologetic and offered no explanation whatsoever.

Dr. Zeytuncu is an absolutely fabulous physician. She's extremely knowledgeable, yet she's always careful to consult authoritative resources to confirm what she's recommending. She's very compassionate, easy to talk with, careful to make sure you understand what she's recommending and why. She makes great referrals and does thorough followup. Seriously, I couldn't ask for a better physician.
