Long wait to get in but I got why immediately. Staff are all super friendly, very efficient, clean facility, and well educated doctors.

Doctor seemed bored, told me to find my own niche physical therapist instead of referring me anywhere. Paid $40 to confirm what I knew already, no genetic testing was done.

The appointment was so easy. From the minute Kaitlin Callaway walked in, she made me feel at ease. She listened to what I said, and never made me doubt my experiences or symptoms. Instead she showed sympathy and care. I truly appreciate the level of knowledge and understanding she has of EDS. Other doctors have shrugged off many of the symptoms that Ms. Callaway considered important to my hEDS diagnosis. This appointment experience was one of a kind for me. I believe that is because throughout the entire appointment, Kaitlin Callaway made sure the appointment was about me, her patient. She listened very carefully, took notes, completed a physical evaluation, and then complied that information together to make a diagnosis that was rooted in scientific evidence and facts. She never made it about her, what she thinks or believes, whether she agrees or disagrees with the scientific evidence, etc. My only complaint is that it took me over ten years to find someone willing to listen, believe, and want to help me. During that time I have experienced a lot of pain and suffering simply due to doctors that didn't know, or didn't listen to what I was attempting to explain. The world needs more doctors like Kaitlin Callaway! I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to experience being under her care, even if it was only for a short period of time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
