Carol was wonderful. She took time to show me the results of my MRI and explain them all to me. She answered all my questions in terms that I could understand. Her care and concern for me was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced.

Carol K. is truly excellent as a nurse and person. I really look forward to her help. She never seems rushed and is really there for your care and concern. Yesterday I was there for back and hip. I mentioned I had fallen recently and she wanted to see my foot. She felt I should have an x-ray. That was done right there and she had pictures very quickly. I told her I didn't want to take too much of her time as I didn't come for the foot. The foot seemed more important to her than her time schedule. That meant so much to me.

PA Carol discussed treatment and possible prolonged physical therapy to improve my condition. Also laughed with me on one of my stories!! All ladies that had to deal with me were unbelievably nice and genuinely cared.

She was very thorough in her questions, physical movement tests but the best was her spending several minutes showing and going over the problems the X-rays showed. She made sure she had answered all my questions. She was an EXCEPTIONAL communicator-----one of the best of any medical provider I have ever had. AND I am 85 so I have experienced many interactions with such personell.
