I was impressed by this provider's knowledge and her recommendations. I am now 3 days post tx with significant decrease in pain; pain that I've been dealing with since last November.

She is very friendly and professional. She asks multiple questions about your pain and listens intently. She locates areas on your body that are causing the most pain. She is gentle with the shots. Carol is wonderful and I’m glad I have her to help me control my pain.

Yes, I had a very good experience and [staff] and Carol were extremely nice and extremely helpful. And you just don't realize how much I appreciate that. And I feel a whole lot better and have confidence in what they're doing. So thank you.

Carol is the best! She listens to all your concerns. She’s very thorough when she is looking for the area to inject. And my injections have had amazing results.

I received a very thorough and comprehensive exam. She showed me hard copies of the xrays and explained the results.

Nurse practitioner Carol and medical assistant were above average wonderful. They made me feel at ease. They explained everything. They asked the right questions. And it was one of the best doctor's appointments I've had in a long time.

Carol is so great she gives me shots in my neck when I leave there it don’t take long my neck feels so good and it last for about 3 months. She never hurry’s me and we talk about how I’m doing and a few other things makes sure I’m ok to leave to go home.

Carol is always ready to listen, to understand my pain and take the necessary steps to relieve my pain. She understands my needs and i get a lot of relief from the treatment. I feel very fortunate to have her in my life
