Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I was just floored by the kindness of the nurse. Carol Kaponsky was an amazing practitioner. I love the way she interacted with me and explained things. It was clear she was truly interested in helping me feel better and not just checking a box. She took notes on what I said and was treated me like a true partner in my own care. It was one of the best double-team medical appointments I can remember where they were both truly focused on my comfort and helping me get well!

Carol called me 30 minutes after having a MRI and set up a referral to see a neurosurgeon from the test results. This to me was going above and beyond .

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
NP was exceptional in listening and answering questions. I do not like getting shots, but before administering three of them, she told me exactly what she was going to do and touched me where I was to receive the injection. She is very personable.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
NP Took a little while to get to me after I was shown into an exam room. However, once she got there, she took time with me and I did not feel rushed at all. I can see why she took a little time with her previous patient.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
NP Kandinsky is exceptional. She went over in detail my x-rays, then using a 3D plastic model explained where my pain most likely originated from and then outlined a 5 step course of treatment. I have never had a better encounter with a medical professional.

My Doc is Awesome! She is very caring and is very interested in my well being.l love that about her.She is so sweet and she makes me feel good about myself.When l am with her and her nurses l laugh and l leave with a smile on my face.l feel good and l like that a lot.😊👍

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Carol was fantastic! She was very caring & was very thorough in the exam, asking me relevant questions, listening to all of my aches & pains, & spent quality time with me. She outlined a plan of recovery after discussing it with my husband & me and valued our questions & opinions. She is better than most doctors I've seen for the same condition. The staff in Othopedics were excellent.

Carol Kondonsky is extraordinary herself. I learned that when she treated me in the past for a severe case of sciatica, out of all of the medical providers that I went to during that time she was the only one that new what to do to stop the pain. During this visit for another problem that I was having she was that same extraordinary medical profession.
