After accompanying my husband to many UAB visits and seeing many CRNP recently, Kacy Dunaway was the most caring and efficient CRNP I have encountered. She is kind and personal. I left the office feeling confident that we are on the right track to better hearing.

Our nurse practitioner, Kacy, is just an exceptional provider. My husband has dementia and she is so understanding with his condition and treats him with dignity and respect. We are so fortunate to have her.

Staff and doctor were knowledgeable and took time with my case. I was very pleased with the care I received. However, the room I was in had a non-working computer which meant the Dr. could not access my records. The hand sanitizer dispenser in the room was empty.
