Being at Virtua Family Medicine, especially with Dr. Singh and staff, is always a good experience for me. She's very knowledgeable. She takes time. She answers all your questions. The staff are always friendly, greet you, and treat you with respect.

The staff and Dr. Singh are absolutely amazing. She listens, she knows when she walks in what's going on, she knows your test results, she knows everything. And the girls at the desk, the staff, the nurses, always helpful with setting up my appointments and helping me out. Great staff, great doctor, great place. Thank you.

Dr. Jyotsana Singh and all of her staff were so professional and engaging! I have been feeling terrible and trying to find out why. The doctor made me feel so heard! I would recommend her to all of my family and friends! I left the office feeling hopeful and prioritized!

The care and professionalism exhibited by your team is what I'd call first class. Very little wait time. Courtesy demonstrated across the board. The surveys are an indication that your investor group has too many analysts. Why not cut back on bogus reports and put more people at the point of contact with the patient

This experience was okay. When I need to see the doctor for a sick visit I can't get in to see the doctor. What is the reason for me to have a primary doctor and I can't see her when I'm sick. I have to go to urgent care. In 40 years I have the majority of the time I was able to see my primary doctor. Now that I switched to Virtua Primary care in the past 3 years, I have been to the urgent care several times. There needs to be a better system to contact your primary care for a sick visits if you are an established patient. There should definitely be appointments available for sick visit's at the doctor's office.
