Very satisfied. I've been a patient at this practice for about 10 years and I've never had a problem with any of the staff. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful.

My experience with Virtual Primary is always exceptional from the front desk to the nurses, but most of all, my main reason for staying with and referring all my friends and my family is Dr. Singh. Dr. Singh is the consumate professional. She listens to the patients concerns and issues. She makes the correct referrals if something is outside her specialty. Most important, she empathic with the patient and family with all that they maybe going through without prejudging a diagnosis. Her patient follow-up and response time is also noteworthy. Because of Dr. Singhes professionalism, my 23yr daughter is now a patient of hers.

It's evident that Dr. Singh always reviews my medical history before I come into the appointment. Also, she does not repeat ordering new blood test, etc. if she has the information from other doctors who have posted it. She will not duplicate test.
