Was there anything outstanding?
Dr Chaudhary is a caring physician who takes the time to examine and explain. We appreciate her approach of understanding the patient and making recommendations that fit the conditions and personality. Allison and Gail are outstanding nurses who go all out, no reservations. The front office staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Thank you to all!

She answered any and all questions I had. At 71 years old she let my wife join my and also ask questions that she was more than happy to answer. She is the best Dr I have ever had and you as well as myself are blessed to have!!

I love knowing that my doctor is absolutely looking out for my best interest and helping me and my health. I feel having the right doctor is so important in my overall health and I can tell in my labs that each change we are making is the right thing for me. This staff goes above and beyond from check in privacy, to nursing staff being attentive and focused on me, to time with the dr going over my labs and what changes are needed to improve my health. I appreciate Dr. Chaudhary and her staff and so glad that I made the change years ago. My whole family uses her now. I truly believe that my dad is alive today because of the changes she helped him make for his high blood pressure and diabetes. His overall health has improved tremendously also!

SMC/UNITY HEALTH FACILITY AND STAFF MAKE IT FEEL SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE THAN A REGULAR DOCTORS VISIT. IT FEELS MORE LIKE VISITING. FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Dr Chaudhary is a caring, attentive physician whose recommendations consider the patient's nature and wishes. She is very patient with my elderly mom. The nurses, Gail and Allison, always show great care in receiving my mom. The front office, Brenda and Vivian, make appointment scheduling and rescheduling easy, and are most helpful in answering questions that arise. Thank you, Dr. Chaudhary and Team!

Every experience with Dr.C is great! She is the first Dr that took time to listen and understand anything I am concerned about, and this visit wasn’t a regularly scheduled…. called with symptoms, they ordered tests, and I came and went straight to lab, and up to her office and she was ready with the results quick and had an action plan ready. She had a dr in training and I’m so glad she is training because I wish more Doctors were like her! You can tell she really cares!

Absolutely nothing different. The staff, from front desk to nurses to Doctors, all extraordinary.

I appreciate the kindness and attention to my care. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Wait time was short and the waiting room was very clean. I also like that I can refer to test result through the app provided.

My Doctor did an excellent job of assessing my condition. She showed concern and was encouraging that my labs were improving. We made a plan together for some physical therapy to speed up my progress.
