Hi, this provider, Ms. Justine Doctor, she really took the time with me. She did not rush me. This is one of the first or very few providers that took a very long time with me. She was going, even though this is the first time that I've seen her, but she went through trying to get to know me, to get my answers, answer my questions, and really, really took the time and explained to me what was going to be done, what my issues were. So I really was very, very impressed with this provider. Thank you.

I feel that I had to ask more than once for a recommendation on a medication and that was not resolved. Also, unless I was willing to get contrast with my MRIs I get the impression the doctor isn't eager to do them. She asked if I wanted steroids. I can't take them but I can take Acthar or a substitute and she wasn't interested then and didn't discuss it anymore so I guess I'm stuck with having an exacerbation. I was so upset I said nothing and left.

I am very pleased with my interaction with Dr. Spisak Mosher. She is very attentive and listens in detail to my concerns and we talk through issues with this condition that I am suffering with at this time and she makes me feel more at ease and comforted with the next steps that I need to take in my process.

Dr. Justine Spisak-Mosher has been the first provider that I've seen for what's going on for me that really actually listened to me and believed me and got me so much care so quickly and has been so responsive and accurate and thorough. And I've really valued her insight and continued support and I'm very, very, very, very grateful that I have been connected with her and for her continued care and support.

As a woman, I feel I'm not heard very often or very loudly, and I had one to pen because I heard they were the best for MS. And unfortunately, my experience there was that I was not heard and was not taken seriously for my pain, for all kinds of things. And I went back to Justine because I missed her so much. I missed how nice she was, how kind, thoughtful, that she took all the time in the world with me, that she listened, and she really cared. And yeah, she's definitely the best. Thank you.

Hi, it was a virtual visit, so I only counted my doctor, which was fine. Fabulous. But I didn't deal with anybody else. So that's why I got a no remark for the office. There was no office. Thank you.

Dr. Spisak-Mosher is a fantastic neurologist. I feel that she truly listens and then creates a medical plan that is best for me. I feel better about my MS after seeing her, and that says a lot.

I am extremely satisfied with the care that I receive from /Dr. Spisak-Mosher. She listens to me and never makes me feel like I should hurry up so that she could get to her next patient. She has never made me feel like I have no say in my care.

Although not impressed with the cordiality of the outside staff, Dr. Spisak-Mosher is a priceless treasure. We will tolerate the mediocre, not quite rude, check in and out registrars.

Every time I come for my appointments with Dr. Spisak, she and the medical team are always very personable, helpful and accommodating. The only slight concern is the front desk staff is not friendly. Smiling, saying, "Hello, welcome, etc." is very important to me. They weren't rude, but they weren't welcoming, either.

I do not do those recommendations. What i really did not like was the parking lot that surrounded the building; those driveways were like a psych rat maze; it gave feelings of confinement, congestion, confusion, and lurking danger at every intersection corner.

The team working the front desk needs some training on how to properly treat their guests. They all look at one another when they are all free looking for someone else to take care of the people walking in. Make the place more welcoming. It really isn't that challenging. Also not sure why I needed to sign a waiver in order to be seen by a doctor. Of course they don't explain any of that to you. They say just sign it.

I feel like my caregiver, she went above and beyond and she really got to the root of the issue and she really helped me feel comfortable during a difficult time when I really didn't know what was going on. And I appreciate her and everything that she did.
