Always good experience. Emphatic, good listener. I never feel rushed. My questions are always throughly answered. My condition is reviewed and explained so I can understand. I always feel ( as I was told) that I can reach out via email with any concerns and get a quick reply. The staff is also excellent as well.

You know I was very nervous when I got there knowing what I had to do thinking that I might have copd because I smoked for 54 years, but the doctor made me feel very comfortable he should me so much care, he explained everything to me about what I had to do he took his time with me, overall he was great and I would definitely recommend that doctor that did the test. The doctor gets ? because he understood what I was going through and he kept me calm through the visit and I'm thanking him again for the support that he gave me.

I have never seen a doctor that took so much time with me and actually listen to me. He was such a gentleman and very professional. I just can't thank him enough for the time that he took with me. He explained so many options to me and explained everything about my health issues.Dr. Justin was just a godsend to me.

I was very pleased with the doctors attentiveness to my sleep apnea situation and continued to talk to me about my care plan. I didn't feel rushed or that he was just trying to get to the next patient.

Yes, I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sciancalepore and I basically see him once a year for a follow-up for sleep apnea. He listens to everything I have to say. He speaks to me as if he's speaking to one of his family members and I enjoy the fact that he is my pulmonologist and he is very good at his job and he explains stuff as if he were a layman speaking to a layman as opposed to a professional speaking to a layman. He's just very good at his job and I appreciate the person that he is. Thank you very much and have a nice evening.

Trying to get a live person on the telephone was very hard and frustrating and hard. I don't do MyChart as it is not easy for me to get into. I no sooner get into it and then it don't aloud me to get back in!! And it took me 4 phone calls to get a call back for an appointment.

Dr. Shankarpur was really kind and caring and explained things really well. I appreciate for this being the first appointment, him taking me seriously and discussing things and involving me in decision making. He's a kind and doctor who is genuinely caring about the patients. So thanks for the help and the only suggestion I would have is improve the scheduling system. But otherwise, everybody was very nice and helpful in the process. Thank you.
