A couple of weeks ago I needed emergency surgery. He did the surgery and followed treatment for the 6 days after. I highly recommend him.

The doctor took his time to make sure I was all right. He also made time to clear some wax from my ear even though that wasn't the original purpose of the visit.

Justin from the beginning listened to my issue and scheduled what needed to be done in a timely manner. He was available and answered my emails when needed. Explained in Laymens terms the procedures and protocol.

Justin would benefit from slowing down and showing more care, interest and empathy for a patient who is sharing they are experiencing pain. When I share that I have significant pain and pressure in my sinuses in the location where I recently had surgery and I am told that I should not be experiencing those symptoms and I likely just have a headache that is not an acceptable response. I clearly know the difference and would expect Justin to acknowledge that.

get an PA so people don't have to wait months on end for any sort of care. more clear communication between providers making a referrals and information sharing. The system seems very disconnected
