Everything.The minute I walked in the receptionist, Shannon and Justin were all wonderful. A caring and super efficient staff. Thank you so much for seeing me so quickly and setting up my MRI.

I did a walk in appt this past week and appreciate the experience from the friendly check in to the actual visit with the doctor and nurse. All three of these individuals were friendly, helpful, and professional.

I was a walk in patient and was able to see someone very promptly. The facility is very pleasant and Justin and Shannon were wonderful. They put me at ease and Justin even convinced me to get a cortisone shot, something I did NOT think I would do. It was not very painful at all.

I don’t think I have ever been seen that quickly by a doctor, especially in a specialist’s office.
The check-in went quickly, I had to have a couple of more X-rays, then the doctor came in.

First of all, I loved that this office has walk-in appointments! So convenient!! Secondly the office is professional—although I would have like it if the person that checked me in had introduced herself. But the assistant that took me back to the treatment room, immediately introduced herself (Shannon). She was energetic & appeared to enjoy her profession of helping others. Lastly Justin McGinnis PA, who examined me, was welcoming, asked about the injury, did an examination & explained his findings in “people” language. My entire experience was top notch! I would recommend Clay Baptist Orthopedic to anyone needing immediate help. Why wait weeks when this orthopedic office can help you right away. My only regret is that I didn’t know about this office sooner—-I could have forgone the ER & be seen in this office the day of my mishap. Now I’m “in the know”!!

Dr. McGinnis took his time with my daughter and listened to her symptoms and didn’t just go off of imaging results. He explained results and with her and answered all of her questions and made her feel more at ease on what was causing her pain. He then went over what he thought was going on and why he thought that based on her symptoms and came up with a treatment plan. It is hard to find doctors who don’t just solely rely on imaging results. So glad we found an office that actually listens to the patients and their symptoms.
