It is convenient to my home and my doctor'soffice. Everyone was friendly. I had issues with my referral and they kept me informed throughout the whole process.

Dr. McGinnis took his time with my daughter and listened to her symptoms and didn’t just go off of imaging results. He explained results and with her and answered all of her questions and made her feel more at ease on what was causing her pain. He then went over what he thought was going on and why he thought that based on her symptoms and came up with a treatment plan. It is hard to find doctors who don’t just solely rely on imaging results. So glad we found an office that actually listens to the patients and their symptoms.

The receptionist was very polite and professional. The young lady that took my vitals was kind and through. PA Justin was professional and honest about the delay in my healing process and why I have to keep my foot in the boot for 4 weeks longer.

I loved the walk-in clinic and everyone was friendly. I felt at ease even though I was in pain. It was a clean and professional environment. All staff members were great.

What a great experience! I went in for pain in my legs because I did not know if was related to sciatica, tendinitis or something else. Turns out after a thorough examination and X-rays it was likely those two things and arthritis. Justin, the PA I saw said it was likely all three. While not great news he thoroughly explained what my options were and settled on an NSAID and PT to start. Just what I needed to hear. Everyone I engaged with were so kind from reception to checkout. There was also no wait. This is a fantastic option to waiting who knows how long for a specialist appointment when you just have a concern that doesn’t require a full orthopedic work up.

Everyone was so friendly and nice. I met with Justin the PA and he was so thorough and made sure that all my questions were answered. He made sure to give me all my details and even made sure I had my follow up appointment set right then and there. I didn’t expect this from the urgent care, but it was great. The two young ladies at the front desk are really kind as well. They checked me in seamlessly and made sure I was prepared for what to expect and answered any questions I had as well.

Very clean everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The PA Justin explained everything to me and did not dismiss my thoughts or my concerns. The x-ray techs also are caring and made sure they moved quickly to limit the amount of pain I had getting the x-rays done. Thank you for the outstanding care.

I love the idea they have walk in appointments. The wait time was only 10 minutes. The nurse and PA who I saw were professional caring and good listeners. The PA gave clear and precise directions for my treatment.
