Dr Jones takes his time with his patients. He listens and takes notes while I’m speaking, he’ll ask me additional questions trying to zero in on my concerns. I really feel heard!

Dr. Jones listened to my explanation of my pain, asked questions to clarify his understanding, and gave me a thorough physical checkup on my painful shoulder. He explained what he recommended and possible follow-ups. He’s always professional and friendly.
